Privacy Statement

The PM Online Products and Services are free for viewing by individual and company web users. No registration is required to view most pages, and registration is required to access the internal pages of e-shop.  PM Online does not warrant or represent that this will be the case for external web sites linked to the Products and Services through its Content.

The privacy of our users is important to us. PM Online does not collect any personally identifying information about users, except that  which is knowingly and specifically supplied to us by the user. We will not disclose any personal information about users to any outside parties unless the user was advised of this possibility before providing the personal information.  The exception to this is a common mailings list which may be used, sold, or shared with outside parties catering to the same industry and supplying services to the property management industry. PM Online reserves the right to share general demographic information with advertisers or potential advertisers; however, profiles of individual users are not shared.

PM Online reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating this page. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes. You will be deemed to have accepted any changes posted here by your continued use of this site following such posting of changes.

Surveys
PM Online may from time to time request that users fill out an on-line survey in order to better understand our users' demographics.  Any survey PM Online produces will only require the users' name. Any e-mail addresswould only be required for  verification of validity of the information collected. This allows PM Online to discard duplicate survey submissions. Unless otherwise stated, any identifying personal information gathered will not be shared and will be kept in the strictest confidence by PM Online to protect the individual user's privacy. Non-identifying information will be used for PM Online's internal purposes, demographic compilation and/or for provision to third parties. Participation in these surveys is voluntary. No information will be collected except that which is knowingly supplied by the user.

Notification Services
PM Online may, within the Products and Services, offer its users notification services as a part of the Products and Services or as a special offering. Such notification services may require that the user register information via an on-line form. Such information will include a minimum of the users name and e-mail address as identifying information, which will be stored on one of PM Online's web servers. Such identifying information will be held in the strictest confidence as well as any other identifying and/or personal information, which may be provided. Information gathered through such notification services will only be used as expressly for the notification service being offered with the exception that PM Online reserves the right to utilize any non-identifying information for the compilation of demographics.

Cookies and Other Detection Methods
PM Online may from time to time utilize cookies or other detection methods (collectively, "Detection Methods") to determine certain information required to enhance a users experience through the maintenance of a user profile while viewing the Products and Services. The type of information collected through any PM Online Detection Method is mainly technical in nature (browser type and version, monitor resolution, plug-ins loaded, etc.) or to generate traffic reports to various parts of the Products and Services. These Detection Methods are used to determine how the Products and Services are being used and to ensure the content is displayed correctly to the user and to improve the overall look and performance of the Products and Services. Traffic reports may be shared with our advertisers and/or potential advertisers.
