PM Online Ltd., completes live testing phase of the “PM ONLINE E-COMMERCE SYSTEM” with
STERLING SILVER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Toronto, ON – PM Online Ltd. a provider of e-commerce software for landlords, property managers and suppliers in the multi-unit residential property management industry, announced today that the company successfully launched the latest “live” version of its E-commerce data base management software system through the PM Online Exchange.

The “real live” transactions originated with Sterling Silver, a Toronto based Property Management company, who using the PM Online system, exchanged data over the Internet with Jomar Electric a leading wholesale supplier of electrical products to the commercial property management industry. Jomar Electric, a PM Online enabled supplier, received an electronic order from Sterling Silver.

The PM Online system can successfully populate a substantial range of data fields for suppliers and landlords, including: building codes; building specific suites; customer address and phone numbers; supplier ID and names; delivery date and addresses; cost of the products; supplier SKU number product description; quantity; unit of measure; unit price; sub-total; delivery, handling and finance charges; and final cost of all items.
